A resident of Brooklyn, New York since birth, Michael started taking up voiceover training fourteen years ago and on-camera training within the last four years while holding down his day job as a financial services assistant at the law firm of Jones Day.

 

The path was first blazed in January, 2007 when Michael met V/O teacher Marla Kirban at a Learning Annex class on how to get a voiceover agent. Since then he has been selected for various projects and commercials, including being the voice of Frank Pepe Pizzeria Napoletana, Gray Matter Computing (in Paradise, CA), Epic Book 1 - Dawn of Destiny audiobook (voice of David Jurgen), Sam the Taxi Fish in the Squarefish series, narrator for The Magnum Mission (a short film shown at the 2013 Las Vegas Film Festival), Captain Benjamin Longmire in the The Phenomenon podcast, various roles in both the James Crossing - The Primordial web series on YouTube (Phil, Marcus, Patrolman, Cab Driver and Thyhomn) and the award-winning short film Maturing Youth (Announcer, Sales Guy, Dad and Detective), which recently premiered at The Cutting Room in Manhattan in October, 2018 and in June, 2019 at Laemmle NoHo 7 in North Hollywood.

Since the summer of 2017, he has appeared in numerous student projects, a commercial for a local vehicle dealership, music videos, and has appeared as an extra in Orange is the New Black (Season 6, Episode 7) and Blue Bloods (Season 8 finale).

In addition, he is currently co-producing a short film entitled Bad for Good with Jason Cicci and John Cramer of Make Your Show, about a cop who does bad things for the right reasons.

 

His style is a combination of blue collar, wry, comedic, straightforward, warm and informative. It can be adjusted for character reads and accents as well.

 

A graduate of St. Francis College in Brooklyn, New York, his interests include sports, music and computers.
